Where does the money raised go?

All money raised through Bras for Cause supports cancer patients in Lane County through the
Oregon Cancer Foundation.

What does it cost to enter a bra?

There is a $25 registration fee to enter a bra.

This fee includes your bra and decorating supplies AND counts towards your first 25 votes!

Can anyone enter a bra?

Absolutely! In the past, participants have included children, as well as men, businesses and even book clubs.

How do I enter a bra?

If you’re going to be decorating at your home or office and then submitting your bra, you can register your entry here.

If you’re joining us for Build-a-Bra on Thursday September 14th from 4:00pm-7:00pm at Valley River Center, your bra will be registered at that time.

Once your bra is finished, deliver it to the Oregon Cancer Foundation office at 2296 Oakmont Way, Monday-Thursday 10:00am-6:00pm or by appointment.

The deadline to submit your creation is Monday September 25th.

How to Vote

Peruse the finished bras in person at Valley River Center (center court) or online October 1 – October 31. Once you decide on your favorite—or maybe you have a few—submit your votes. Each vote costs $1, and there’s no limit to how many times you can vote. More votes cast means more money raised to support cancer patients in Lane County.

Vote online with a debit or credit card.

Place your vote by phone at 541-485-1261 with a credit/debit card or for information about how to vote by mail.

Can I participate if I live outside of Eugene?

Yes! Once voting opens, you will be able to place your votes online. Each year, we have voters from the East Coast to the West Coast supporting their favorite creations.

Business Entries:

Individual Entries:

How are the winners selected and what do they receive?

Each decorated bra is categorized as either a Business or Individual entry. The bra that receives the most votes in each category during the month of October is the Grand Prize Winner (top fundraiser) for that category. The Grand Prize Winners in each category are immortalized on the official Bra-Vo Awards plaque in the Oregon Cancer Foundation office, and, of course, have bragging rights for the following year!

How do we find out who won?

After voting closes on October 31, all votes will be tallied and the winner will be announced here on the Bras for Cause website.

Thank You Sponsors

We would like to give a big shout out to the following sponsors for partnering with us in this community awareness and fundraising campaign benefitting local cancer patients. Each one of these groups understands the difficulty a cancer diagnosis brings to individuals and families and they’ve joined this campaign to help make a difference.

Thank you for your amazing support!
